Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • The original proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

How to Initiate a Return

    • Your order number.
    • A brief description of the reason for the return.

  2. Approval
    We will review your request and provide instructions on how to send the item back if it meets our return criteria.

  3. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at sales@lumiuk.com within 30 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
